Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

We like the idea of Andorra and we must go in December, flying in to Barcelona maybe. Family consists of us two adults, one of whom doesn't ski and kids aged 7 and 12. Anyone know of a great B&B, or better still a great value hotel that may have a pool, because we need a little pampering as it's the family's first time skiing! I have been skiing Arinsal before and loved it.

I stayed Andorra for 5 nights just before new year last year. We had a good time and stayed at the Hotel Galanthus in Soldeu, it has a small pool.
Only problem with Andorra at that time of year is there might not be an abundance of natural snow around. Last time at that time of year there had hardly been any natural snowfall (26/12-31/12) although the pistes were all ski-able and 70% of the area open. Obviously its much nicer with piles of snow everywhere but last years experience wouldnt stop me going back at that time of year again if the deal was good.
Hope this helps.

Princessa Parc in Arinsal. Kids under 12 are free. (They allowed us the 12yo as an under 12 last time we went.) Not guaranteed snow but we went a few times and snow was always good. Are you North or South? We got a couple of great deals with Ski McNeil out of Belfast. Free kids in hotel, free kids passes, free kids lessons. Direct Ski are the same company south of the border
