Anyone any experience of the Hotel Mercure in VT please? Am considering it for me and my 2 children for Xmas. Many thanks.

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

stephen buck, no. So I suppose I shouldn't be posting in this thread.
However, I have stayed in several Mecures and found them consistently pleasant, so, personally, assuming the price seemed satisfactory, I'd be happy to book.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

stephen buck, I think I've stayed there, I only stayed B&B for a couple of nights, but it was fine - also was ski in/out and ski shop on site for hire gear. I don't think you would have any problems

stephen buck, like achilles, I should probably not post as I haven't stayed in the Mercure at VT but I have stayed twice in the Mercure at Val D and it was excellent - very friendly, very clean, great food and a nice bar.My only reservation (had har) was that it lacked a pool and jacuzzi, but hey , you can't have everything. Would definitely stay there again.
