Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Easter late deals best place?

Are there any resorts known for decent late deals at Easter?
I'm still thinking of going to St Anton but not sure how available hotels might be.

Join the queue!!! ...... http://www.stantonamarlberg.com/en/home/2.html will have some details of accommodation.

However, www.booking.com should also give an idea of which costly availability is there.

Again, the TO "Skiworld" has a few last places in their less salubrious hostelry Sad . and "SkiTotal" has availabilty as a package.

Snow still looks OK, especially Zurs/Lech north facing slopes. www.snoweye.com

Is there somewhere better on the French side I could pick? More choice of accommodation and higher alt?

GordonFreeman, plenty of snow yet in St Anton, over 4m at the highest levels. Maybe slushy ion the town, but the same can be said for all areas.

Stuben, Zurs and Lech look OK and now the wannabes have left Lech, you should get a good bargain or two on offer. I've often stayed in B&B accommodation booked last minute at this time of the season.

cheap, lech?! Smile
Booking.com doesn't have much under £100 a night. I suppose that's about normal for a hotel in the Alps Smile

GordonFreeman, Look under Pension and Frühstuckspension and you can find cheaper deals. Also look for prices in Euros rather than pounds.

May I humbly offer our website for a browse around:
http://www.crystalski.co.uk/ski-deals/april-2012-ski-deals/

All our prices include flights, accom and transfers. Cheaper and more convenient than DIY (but then I would say that).

Hi,

We have some spaces in the 8th - 15th April week if that is any use? On sale down to £299 per person, no single supplement for the week, or get in touch with dates for short break prices.

Happy planning!
Heather
