Advice please?? Have holiday insurance through Halifax Ultimate Reward current acct - however - it does not cover off piste skiing, unles with a guide!
As I know my son will most definately be heading off piste can anyone recommend an insurance that is solely for skiing - for one week only?? As all other eventualities are covered - I think?
Thank you in advance for any help.

Dippy, Snowcard. do a search and you will find quite a few recent discussions. There are various levels of off-piste cover depending on if you are touring or lift served

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

try the Ski Club insurance. May be a little more money but you're covered. Also, I've heard good things about Austrian Alpine club which will insure you for injury but not gear.
My Halifax covers me however, I just had to pay a smidging extra.

Snowcard also has options to remove baggage and cancellation etc, keeps it quite a bit cheaper
