Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Currently enjoying a few days break in Trysil, Noway. We've been here two days now and it's not stopped snowing! Lots of flat light and high winds have meant that we've still not seen the top of the mountain but the tree lined runs below have been fantastic. It's a lovely place with nice hotels (were in the very nice ski in ski out Park Inn), and lots of pretty self catering cabins. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and there are no real queues to speak of either! Lovely, now if it would only stop snowing for 10 minutes it would be perfect!

Sounds like quite a contrast to the couple of days I was there in January with -20C, little snow and icy pistes. Lifts to the top were open though, but limited runs down. Is the 45 degree piste open? I was secretly relieved it wasn't when I was there (even though I was on my lonesome I would have pressured myself into it). I'll definitely head back in more favorable conditions.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It is open but hard to get to as the top chairs have been shut for wind (which is my excuse for not doing it!). There is no vis up there either! We have to leave tomorrow which is a real shame as it seems like the weather is going to break on Thursday to cold and sun. It'll be amazing here when it does with all this fresh.
