Snow Reports
FAQ
Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I taking a short break in Flaine, arriving Geneva at 1030 on a Friday and need to be back there for 0830 on the Monday. A hire car will be c£150 for the weekend. Are there easy, foolproof buses that will give a reasonable degree of flexibility? Thanks again

Lots of private transfer options, summarised here:

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

My girlfriend took ATS to go out on Saturday evening. Arrived at airport no transfer confirmed. Thankfully a ATS driver on his own initiative took them. I received a cancellation posted SUNDAY!!!!!! Demand confirmation within 24 hrs of booking or go somewhere more reliable. I did not have a problem the times we used them but we use a number of these services and the Norwegian contingent does not want to use this company again. I may just book and not tell her.
Would also suggest natives.co.uk

, have you tried
www.travelsupermarket.com
for car hire, we got a car for around that price but for 6 days, and they upgraded us to 4x4. I would have thought they could come up with something better. The site does all the hard work for you looking at lots of different sites.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.
