Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I think this must be a mistake -i've tried booking it as was too good to miss (or too good to be true) and its throwing it out as an error when i've got to the nitty gritty Sad

if you go to the crystal website and put in the date 28/01/12 location france, val d'isere and depart from Edinburgh , there's a 3 1/2 Crystal swishes (star?) HB for a week for £119 - Hotel La Savoyarde.

I know Crystal is a dirty word for some on here, and I'm sure the DIYers will thow tantrums and say they can do it cheaper, someone will most likely say there won't be a hot evening meal, and no doubt there will be discussion as to whether or not there will be snow, but come on people.........£119. Shocked Shocked Shocked

Looking at these prices compared to the normal prices i'd say someone's dropped a major bollock on the loading of the prices as i've tried to book both deals and each time it comes up with:-

'Hold on, we've had a pricing problem at our end.' 'There was a discrepancy between the website price and our reservation system's price. We'd hate it if you didn't get the correct price for your holiday, but don't give up!

Then goes on to say:- 'Contact our Reservations Team with your holiday details as shown on the right and we will complete your booking over the phone'

Now where do we stand about honouring advertised prices or is there a get out clause somewhere in the t & c's?

Same happened with me as with Atomic_Mick, but when I was booking for Kitzbuhel in Feb. To be fair the margain was nowhere near this-£625 per person in a 4* AI hotel with passes, carriage etc. Kept on getting the above message but I'd got a £250 pp email deal code through so I called them up. The accomadation alone should have been £800ish pp with the £250 off but after much complaining they caved......... I'd book the above in a heart beat if it actually worked!!!!! snowHead

ETA had a go but after choosing the flights and going to the next page the price jumped to nearly 2k.
