2nd the suggestion of Hintertux. Here at the moment and the conditions are great with skiing down to the Sommerbergalm. To get the most out of conditions a well tuned piste ski would be the tool of choice especially for the main runs down after lunch. Some more snow is forecast this week.

Weather started changing here yesterday, it's supposed to start snowing tonight/tomorrow, and apparently there's going to be a pretty hefty dump. I would leave it 'til the 10th/12th to book your accomm, head to where exactly the snow looks best at that point. Hintertux or Stubai as snow sure back-ups just in cast things don't pan out.

Ischgl well worth a thought. They've been furiously putting down a base with artificial snow and that will stand them in good stead if the snow comes this week.
