I have only been to Whistler their stats to be found here. http://www.whistlerblackcomb.com/weather/stats/index.htm
Looks like you get half the snow in Feb compared to march on average. Is that good or bad for what you want. Too much snow there tends to mean low vis loads is great for the deep off piste.
So not sure what question you are asking.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Agreed. February can rock but often it's just 'too cold to snow'.
I'd go March if I was you - crowds will be down too.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

March - more daylight; warmer; more terrain open as the snow pack deepens.

March.
Warmer, sunnier, brighter and deeper.
Be psychologically prepared for rain in the village at times.
