When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hey All,

I'm planning to buy 'new' (used once at a skitesting) ski's they are the Atomic Smoke TI 2011 and are 171cm. I'm 5foot 9 or around 175cm and weigh 66kg. I'm capable of doing black's but am not skiing for so long (4 years) and want to take it up a notch. Will these ski's be suitable for me or will they be too stiff?

@ figg4. Thanks for the info! I'm only slightly worried that the skisize will be too long for my weight? Any thoughts on that?
