Going over house-hunting on Friday, never thought there would still be snow, anyone know if there is anything still open?

No - sorry - everywhere is shut now - although there was a good inch of snow in La Plagne when we drove up this morning . . .

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It should be open 365.
It is the only remaining yearround skiable glacier left.

It's not exactly "near" BSM either

Whitegold, Hintertux is open all year. Long hike from BSM though!

noza, Tux has been closed at times due to lack of snow in the last Summer or two. It is no longer a 365 guarantee.

OT, but I'm not really sure what a 365 guarantee means? Does Hintertux or anywhere else actually offer such a guarantee? What Hintertux says is it opens 365 days, presumably conditions allowing.
I'd be curious to know the actual dates of those closures your claiming to see what the conditions were.
I don't think it was last year?
Either way I can't really see the point of skiing a glacier at the height of summer unless there is fresh snow and cool conditions.
