Salomon have been producing skis in Annecy, France, since 1947 and produce the whole range from super-fat rockered monsters to on piste performance and racing skis.
They also produce bindings, ski boots, snowboards, snowboard bindings and snowboard boots, as well as winter sports apparel, hiking/walking and running shoes.

Salomon have kindly provided us with a pair of quite awe inspiring skis including bindings.

The El Dictator Skis are "Pure, athlete driven big mountain skis designed by Cody and Kaj. 300mm of rocker shape and full woodcore provide power and stability to crush the competition." (according to those that know.)

At 114mm underfoot I think I might have seen skinier snowboards!
The Z-12's bindings are "High performance automatic oversize binding with extra long wings to provide increased boot to binding contact and better lateral transmission."
This pair passed through the Salomon test fleet and have been skied 2 or 3 times in a snowDome.

No doubt many of you will be drooling over these skis. Quite a few London and Birmingham Ski Show pre-snowHead-ers certainly were!
