Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Composite/Fibre Glass/Carbon Poles

My composite Goode poles have started to fall to bits after 6 years use and I need to replace them in the next month before my first trip. I need some 120cm and don't really want to spend more than about £35. I've been searching around and can't find any bargains in that length. Has anyone seen anything suitable online or elsewhere.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Colin B, I just bought some about that price while in resort. Plenty about, they seem to be a generic type that a few manufacturers use and just change the decals on them.

The K2 ones are excellent I have the v8's or v12's RRP £69.99 but got them new for £20 off ebay. Carbon composite and very thin.

Monium, seconded that. Sold absolute ton of them last year working at Brighams, really good value, they were £25 IIRC at Brgs

Thanks all. I'd been on the snowtrex site, not sure how I missed those. Only trouble is they charge a fairly ridiculous £9 delivery on a £22 order Shocked

A friend of mine has made a repair on poles. He bought the repair materials from
http://www.fibermaxcomposites.com/shop/index.php?language=en
They have a repair kit
http://www.fibermaxcomposites.com/shop/-p-225.html
that could be used also for many other repair purposes.
