When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Just watching the telly on sat am and an advert for Ellis Brigham comes on, up to 75% off ski gear and mountain wear. Now this is not for all EB stores just the one in Castlefield, so I'm thinking their might be some proper bargains to be had.

Anyway I'm gonna turn this rubbish off and go and have a look.

Well yes it is a really good sale. The 75% off stuff is mainly old tat, but more or less everything else is half price. Mainly TNF stuff including summit series, but also quite a bit of Acertyx and Marmot gear.

Well worth a look, I bought a jacket, soft shell and some base layers about £300 in all, none of which I needed. So I am now trying to convince myself that I saved £300, rather than spent £300 Very Happy Very Happy
