a) Please do not register on snowHeads just to moan about your holiday.
b) http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/how-to-complain
Once again for the Benefit of Dr John this is an attempt to start a humourus thread on complaints given the current level of complaint threads that the site is hosting.

boredsurfin,
a) Why not? Some of us like reading them. Any information about a particular TO/chalet/whatever is valuable when considering shelling out a lot of money for a holiday. Yes, people have off days and make mistakes but if someone says something went wrong, (eg the guy who had to walk a long way with luggage), I would probably ring the TO and check whether it was still the case (oops no pun intended).
b) I would guess they would have already done that.
c) Arno, oh yes, that would be better!

boredsurfin, who died and made you King?
maggi, completely agree, I enjoy reading peoples rants, justified or not. This is a snow sports information web-site, bad holiday experiences are perfectly valid information. If I think someone's exaggerating or ranting I employ my special tactic for avoiding them: I don't click on that thread again.
Bad holiday rants certainly make a change from interminable helmet threads.

d) Do register, complain, and when pushed make increasingly ludicrous claims about how you were mistreated. Do not succumb to "bullying" by established members as they a bunch of internet sockpuppets all run from a master TO control room (Chris Reynard currently standing in naughty corner of said room). If possible extrapolate provacation to how SkiBeat forced you to divorce/permanently maimed you/left you as traumatised as a Catholic choirboy.
e) NEVER BACK DOWN.

Keep them coming I say.
Was going to to a trip report on my nightout in East Grinstead ( day at the races, Lingfield) , the stupid Hotel had accidently left a naked woman in the shower!!!! My wife was less pleased with this addition and asked for us to be moved.

What is your problem, it's a humourus thread and most posters have seen it as such. Do please try and get over yourself.

I should like to complain that I have been traumatized by several complaints threads on Snowheads.
They have made me realize that I have been mistaken in my belief that I was enjoying myself while away on assorted ski holidays and now, using the technique of Recovered Memories using Hypnotism, I have remembered numerous occasions in which the ski resorts have allowed pistes to be both slippery and lumpy and as a result I have fallen.
Should I sue Snowheads for making me think of these sources of humiliation and pain, or should I sue the resorts for not providing me with a completely safe environment in which to ski?
