Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Banff 2nd march £449 7 nights anyone?

Hi been trying to sort out a late deal & found this one. Banff 2nd March 7 nights £449 + £35 board/ski carriage flying from Manchester. Transfers & room included, staying at Banff inn. Anybody free & interested? price is reduced if more people share, but that may be a bit to cosy for some. I've contacted other posters, but had no luck. I'm 41 like a beer or two, but prefer to spend my time on the slopes, thats what i'm going for. It's all about fun, so ski or board I don't mind. My first snowHead post so cheers.

jye, Welcome to snowheads. A number of folk are on a downer about banff becuase of the shuttle bus and the sunshine ski patrol situation so you may not get much interest, but good luck and enjoy it if you go

I've been to banff 4 times the shutttle bus can be a pain and sunshine is nothing special but lake louise is good and a early bus
ride to kicking horse would make a brilliant holiday ! I'm a 43 boarder from Leeds so manchester would be perfect for me my email is

Tricky17, the issue with the shuttle bus at present is that it only picks up at 3 locations in Banff if you want to go to Sunshine - now that really would be a pain! Buses to Lake Louise and Norquay are picking up from hotels as normal.
