Ah, after a most satisfactory visit to the Zoo in December, I had cause to pass by yesterday evening to have a minor problem rectified.
How delighted the OH and I were to find that the Lesser Menagerie Manager has branched out into ski servicing and preparation.
And my skis were feeling particularly blunt.
Not after his tender ministrations!

under a new name, the shop is slowly morphing into a purveyor of all things ski-related. I'm enjoying the selection of used skis for sale but my favourite corner has to be the 'dotted' corner. It's like a magnet and I sidle over to touch and feel every time I go in there. I popped in yesterday under the pretense of dropping off some gifts for the soon-to-arrive Son of SZK but it was really to have yet another longing look at the lime green beauties in the dotted corner. I wish it would snow so I can take them out for a test drive.
