Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

We are using them again this Saturday. I would recommend either phoning them or emailing rather than using their website unless the website has improved. They have been really helpful to us and speak excellent English. The only change lately is that we paid them via PayPal rather than the remote card thing at the airport. Managed to negotiate a very good price inclusive of winterisation too.

I hired from them (for a second time) in December. I arrived back at GVA about an hour earlier than the time I had said and then had to wait for an hour for the guy to arrive to take the car off me. The guy complained that I had racked up serious parking charges (I think the first 10 minutes parking in the drop off zone is free, thereafter it gets expensive) but the main problem (for me) was that I was standing around in the freezing cold. If you are going to get there early phone ahead and someone should be able to get there earlier to take the keys.
