Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Came back from an hour of recreational skiing on Thursday afternoon, at the same time as 6 year old daughter was having her holiday ski course. The queues for the buttons were horrendous - in an hour husband and I only had 4 runs down, and daughter, along with the other 4 in her class, also only had 4 runs during their lesson. Part of the reason was that the queues for the beginner button were so bad that some of the people that should have been using that were using the more experienced button and then falling off of it, leading to quite a few stoppages.
When we came out the Managing Director (Ian Brown?) was present in the changing area (and husband said he had actually set up his skis for him when we arrived - with a bit of help from one of the techie guys . . .). We (politely) expressed our disappointment with the service level that we as a family had received. After discussing the matter with our daughter's instructor he came back and offered us a replacement recreational ski and an additional lesson for our daughter and the rest of her group early on a Saturday morning.
We are delighted with this level of customer service and just wanted to share.

, yes, good to have another chance, but not so good that it was so horrendously crowded in the first place.
It sounds as though they need some kind of system to limit the number of sessions/lessons sold.
