Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

It was fantastic Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy and bonus! - I'm home in one piece!

Thanks to everyone who took the time to read and answer all the posts I did before I went, the holiday really was everything I expected. I went to Avoriaz / Morzine for the week and despite the lack of fresh snow had a brilliant time, so much so that I'm hoping to go out again in March!

And I even had a go at ski jouring on my last day! I basically hung on for dear life whilst the horses took off up and down hills!

This only applies to France though - everywhere else will be fine. Fasching week you could watch out for in Austria, week beg 5 March, although it will certainly make for a lively resort Very Happy

Yeah most likely will be to go back to Morzine or somewhere else in France.

Even before I went on holiday I was thinking about going travelling / working abroad and the holiday has only made me want to do it more! Had a chat to a few english people whilst I was over there and seems I'd find work pretty easily! Was even pretty much offered a job for next season so watch this space lol
