Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Just been looking for a good piste map for Cairngorm as i really couldn't figure it out, found the one on their website confusing, but i have just come across this!
First of all load up Google Earth.
Then click on this link ---->
http://www.my-place.org.uk/ski/cairngorm/index.shtml
Then click "Google Earth Overlay Showing The Lifts"
Install it (took about 10 seconds)
Then "run the program"
Go back onto Google Earth and it shoult have the Lifts and each run with colours of Piste's marked on it!!1
Hope this will be of some use to some people,

*All the Scottish resorts are here, just do the same process and they will appear on Google Earth.

, great find, didnt spot that bit lol! Quite a useful tool really as the piste maps on the internet really didnt make much sense or scale to me, this however is excellent!!!

La Clusaz have a Google Earth piste map as well. I'm quite enjoying flying around and having a look at all the runs
I did notice that some of them appeared to go over scree slopes which filled me with joy
