Poster: A snowHead
|
Hi,
I would like to thank you all for your your help and advice about various ski equipment!!
I went to Mc Arthur Glen Outlet on monday and bought a lovely pink ski coat from Tog 24.
Looks great, feels great!
It was £220 down to £100.
Only downfall, it doesnt have a pocket on the left sleeve, but i can live with that!!
Thanks Again!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Locky12, Tog 24 gear is pretty good stuff. You'll probably find there's a small inside pocket on the left hand side which can be used for a liftpass. It's just as easy to pass your chest over the reader as your arm.

Or get yourself some mittens/gloves with a pocket on the back of hand (works even better than sleeve)

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I have used a succession of season passes which I hang on an elastic round my neck, under everything, so it's on the midline. No problems at all. Not all the sensors are on the left (not round here, anyway). I would never keep my lift pass in a glove, though I can imagine it's very easy to wave it in the right place. I'd be too scared of dropping it off a lift (you do see a lot of gloves down there...)
Locky12, your coat sounds great.
