Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi, Off to Sauze in March.

When I lost my driving licence (and then couldn't get the hire car I'd booked) at Milan the local hotel put me onto Trenitalia. Caught the train early the following morning and we were on the slopes by lunchtime in Courmayour. 200+ miles cost us less than 20euro each.
Turin to Sauze is a far simpler trip. I'd recommend the train and then bus up the mountain.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I don't think you can't get the train direct from Turin airport to Oulx (the nearest station to Sauze). You need to go into the city first.

If you're flying out on Sunday morning you should be able to jump on one of the TO transfer coaches. There should be loads of them for Sauze. When I was repping I would often be approached by people looking for a lift (I used to charge 20 Euros) which we never had a problem with.
Make sure you get the reps mobile so you can organise the return trip. Try to talk to all the TO reps in Sauze for the return journey to ensure you catch the most convenient bus for you flight.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

There's an English guy called James based in Sauze who organises transfers and extras. His website is
