Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Austria grabs the early snow

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead

Austria grabs the early snow, a huge high sits over the alps: refusing to budge it is swatting away any snow laden fronts coming in from the Atlantic. The western alps are destined to stay cold but snowless. If you want any fresh snow then Austria is the place to go... The SCGB predicts 5 days of snow for Austria. Already visibility is reducing in Solden as the snowclouds move in, and great excitement is being generated in the Snow Reports section of snowHeads about conditions in Saalbach/Hinterglemm.

Wings, at one point Italy had some red areas of snow intensity in the 6 day forecast! I didn't put the 6 day in because it's only accessable to subscribers.

Fellas,

I've seen snow-forecast changing their predictions for heaviest snowfalls already a couple of times right now. Also I see a warmer front about to move in in the France part of the Alps, anyone of you who knows exactly what's going to happen in French Alps and then especially regarding the Tignes/Val d'Isere area? I'm about to book a trip towards Tignes for 17th of december, but with all this snow only falling in Austria I'm afraid I might be missing out the snow if i go to Tignes....
