Great News.
We are coming over to Pedraces for a week on Sunday next.
Can't wait.
Have walked in the Dolomites in summer and looked longingly at the lifts! Hope the snow holds up for us.

It's been a long while since any significant snow in the area, but it's been cold enough to preserve what's there and make more. Forecasts suggest mostly dry for the coming week, but getting a bit milder too, enjoy the sunshine and the views!!!

Just back from Pedraces, slopes remarkably good, considering there's been no new snow since 11th January. I have skied on far worse, I didn't encounter any bare patches or anything particularly icy!

HI Janette - we're going to Selva tomorrow. Did you ski the Sella Ronda ? Not sure where Pedraces is..... any info on the snow would be great

We were at Pedraces with Janette last week. Pedraces is just beyond La Villa. We skied the Sella Ronda both ways and the conditions were fine for the whole week,- (although it was getting very warm towards the end of the week). The slopes are very well mantained and we had some really good early morning blasts before the slopes got too cut up. It looks like there may be more snow on the way, so hopefully the pistes may be refreshed for you. It is an amazing ski area and we did more skiing and mileage than on any other holiday and still feel like we have only just scratched the surface of what's available. Enjoy!
