Found the Cariboo Club in Arc 1950 good when my son was 4 (2007). Friendly and fun, and very convenient to the accommodation.
I've also just recommended Åre on another thread (http://snowheads.com/ski-forum/viewtopic.php?t=69261#1641212) Not used the childcare there personally, but the facilities in the Holiday Club were very good.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Snowbizz in Puy St Vincent.
We went to this resort when our children were 3 and 5 and had a wonderful skiing holiday. The nannies were very good and the youngest had one hours skiing lesson followed by creche and loved it. The eldest had proper skiing lessons. Their childcare is very flexible you can book the odd afternoon but don't have to book every afternoon.
The family ski company and ski famille are supposed to be good too but they are more expensive than snow bizz.

Used Tom Pouce in Vallandry several times and were very happy with it. Is a private French run nursery but English is spoken. Took the kids out to the bunny slope each day (if you wanted them to) to get them into skiing.

Depends whether you think they'll be skiing or not, but when our little ones were not, we used the village nursery ("Garderie") in Samoens very successfully quite few years. It's in the middle of town, so not exactly convenient for the slopes, but apart from that gave an excellent service at a not-over-the-top price.

If you are happy to use French speaking child care, which caters for visitors from many nationalities and language including English, then just look up "garderie + name of resort" on any search engine. You'll find most resorts have child care.

Here are 2 halte-garderies that we have used when skiing.
Val Cenis (Lanslebourg), right next to the 3 base télésieges, ESF ski school meeting point, ESF jardin des enfants, charges only €5,70 per hour if staying in the village, can combine with ESF ski school.
Les P'tits Marrons

Les Houches, 3 minute walk to Prarion télécabine, ESF ski school meeting point, ESF jardin des neiges, charges half (4 1/2 hours for €22,50) or full days (9 hours), or 2 hours over lunch or combine with ESF ski school
Garderie des Chavants

You might be asked for proof of vaccinations for French speaking child care, take your red book if from the UK.

Ski Beat La Rosiere (chalet pappilon or pedrix) worked well for ours when about that age. slightly longish walk to ski school but not too bad. Ski beat childcare bring them back. be sure to book lessons with Vincent at esf - by far the best instructor ever had, for us to make leap from intermediate plateau and then private lessons with kids meant they leaped ahead in their skiing. Or Chilly Powder in Morzine - very well geared up for kids, superb childcare - stunning chalet.
