 Poster: A snowHead

I picked up a Manfrotto 055X PROB today. So stoked. I've lusted after a Manfrotto tripod for 20 years. It's birthday gift from my (clearly) better half.
I was confused what head to get for it. Went for a 701 HDV, which is actually a video unit. It works better as a photo head than a photo head works as a video head, and I like to shoot video so it was "win-win" and an easy $100 'upgrade' after I pointed out all the benefits. 
I'm so pleased I'm blogging about it.

I have owned a Manfrotto 144 for many years. I only like my own legs better.
(It has a #128 fluid head on from when I was into vid.)
