Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Changing Peage Doofer Details

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Recently purchased a Peage Doofer (APRR) which debits my credit card. Not used it yet but have lost the CC which it bills. Have tried to change my account details via the APRR login but do not seem to be able to find an area where I can change the card number.

Does anybody have any idea how I might be able to put the new CC number in? or would I have to order a new Doofer?.

Basil, Why not phone them? That's what I did when I had a similar issue.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I emailed them, it took a week or so, but I got a nice response in English when I explained that I couldn't make sense of the French website and appropriate links to where to go on the French website to change the details and it was fairly clear once I was on the right page what I had to put where.

Megamum, I have dropped them a line so I'll see what happens.

BMF_Skier, Might do that if the email does not get a result.

Failing the above I suppose I could stop off at the first peage, with the new card, and see if they can sort it out there, assuming that there is some sort of office that can deal with it.
