Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski Performance Course

A four week course designed to supercharge your skiing. Each 3 hour session will focus on a different theme, giving you a better understanding and better technique. Video analysis is used each week to enable to see exactly what you look like and further your improvement.

The four sessions are:

Short Radius Turns - Tighter turns ideal for tackling steeper and narrower terrain with confidence and finesse.

Moguls - Learning to cope with, and even enjoy, bumps!

Central Theme - Break your skiing down to the very basics of ski technique and develop a greater understanding of what you are doing and how you can improve.

Carving - Get a taste for speed and find out what you and your equipment are really capable of by getting to grips with the edges of your skis.

Each session can be booked individually for £60 or the whole course for £200 [Please call our call centre to obtain the full course discount]

The performance course is held on Sundays at 7pm. Please arrive from 6.30pm and meet your instructor upstairs in the SNO!bar, once you have collected your tickets.

Week 1 Carving - 4th April
Week 2 - Short Radius - 11th April
Week 3 - Moguls - 18th April

stewart woodward,

Not Necessarily. The course is aimed at anyone who is looking at improving their performance not just Instructors or budding instructors.

Therefore if central theme is not for you, you can have additional training in anyone of the other disciplines

Super Eagle, yeah, but regardless, if central theme is what I think it is, it's pretty foundational to the rest - it's not like I take a lesson out and think "well, they're nowhere near centred but may as well work on their edging".

DaveC, No becuase the central theme modual is basically for those who either want to teach or are already teaching and covers mainly your ability to deliver lesson plans and technical understanding of the central theme along with ability to perform the drills correctly.
