In you good people's experience is there an optimum time for ebaying equipment? In my case a pair of ski's.
Are their other successful ways of selling stuff?

Just make sure your auctions end on Sunday evening, best time is between 8 and 10pm finish. Other than that, take decent photos, write as much as you can in the item description, and start the auction at a low price, even if you have to put a reserve on it.

Boredsurfing, ebay is well known for attracting a premium for knackered goods provided they have the right brand for punter recognition. Brand new but boutique skis will sell for less than crappy old Rossi B2s for instance.

Yep end it Sunday evening, all the grown out of kids gears I've ebayed has gone for more than I paid, quite handy given how often the rugrats grow out of perfectly good stuff!
