Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I've just bought a pair of bindings of off ellis brighams website in there sale.... what are my chances of getting them mounted for free if I take them to my local Ellis Brigham store if I take the recipt?

I'm guessing slim to none.....

Always had excellent service from EB so it wouldn't surprise me if they mounted for free - that's if they've got a tech working at this time of the year.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I would expect them to do it, as long as you take the receipt.

Careful where you go. EB Westfield mounted a pair of skis for me last year with one binding 4mm forward of the other. They then told me that they would refund the cost of the mount if I brought in the skis and the receipt. For the damage they did to the kit (reducing resale value of a new pair of skis to zero), this was not an acceptable solution.

I'm not saying don't use them, just that there is significant variability in the skills of their techs, including being able to use a jig properly.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

II, I would echo gorilla's warning, I certainly wouldn't use them again. Bought my Mayas from them last year and the mounting they did was horrific. spyderjon fixed it and all was well in my world again Little Angel
