Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I've stayed in hotels where I've felt on leaving that I'd been poked in the eye with a sharp stick. This is similar to my experience many years ago of trying contact lenses. I'm quite happy to share details of those hotels with you.

I believe there is no such service Rich.
I too wear contacts and have done now for many years - I remember first trying it, I failed numerous times and had to return to my optician the following day to try again and I eventually got them in. Sure, it was a struggle - But at the end of the day, you learn by doing.

Keep trying at it and you'll slip those things in and out like it's second nature!

Sorry but that's just daft.

Whatever next, a false teeth cleaning service - leave them outside your room at night and they will be steradent’ed for you. Oh and sometimes when I had a bit too much of the Grappa my personal ablutions are quite hit and miss, could there not be a TO organised service to assist (yuk Blush ).

rich.ll, get a good opticians, one who will take their time with you and try different makes. It is so worth it. I only struggled the first couple of times but my sister had a complete nightmare. I use an independent opticians and they are wonderful.
