Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Green flag have just quoted me £69.30 to 'up' my cover to include European breakdown, just wondered if anyone had any other places to try for 10 day cover?
I won't be going abroad in the car again this year.
regards,
Greg

kitenski
, I got a full years policy for £59, which includes Uk and European cover from Quoteline Direct. Have you tried Eurotunnel or ferry company's website?
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

For 10 days they charge between £29 and £46, depending on where you are going and the level of cover.
But I second Quoteline Direct for full year-cover europe-wide.

I've always found Churchill good for single trip cover - around £35 for the week.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I've just taken out RAC cover for the year, just over £100, as it's a company car though they are quite prescriptive and I've always been nervous about some of the others.
One thing that has put me off the AA is that they would not provide cover for the car to be driven back if I as the only driver was injured. This is quite important to me as I'm usually the only driver and it's often on ski trips, RAC do cover this.
