Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi Shoogly.

I'm hopeing you mean Glasgow and not Edinburgh (who have different sale times)

The sale is normaly in August for skis and boots but I was in the other day (Glasgow Store up behind Caledonian Uni) and they have some Jackets on sale. Most of thier jackets were on sale last month.

I was in Ski'n'Boardroom in Partick on Sat for a Free wax and they have some limited jackets on sale there. I recently bought Rossi Zenith 10's from Greaves (only £300 Ya beauty) and they had a lot of Ski Jackets, so worth trying there also.

If you need a set of Goggles..... I got some as a present recently and used them on Glencoe yesterdayt for the first time. They are great, good colour tone and clear visibility compared to my expensice CEBE goggles. Her eis the URL... its Blues own make.

PS I dont work for them. Happy

Cheers

Not sure but Blues have some nice Patagonia stuff. Generally overpriced though.

If your in Glasgow, try the wee shop on woodlands road. Not a ski shop but they did have some Montain furry softshels and some nice Haglofs jackets last time I was in.

Blues do indeed have Patagonia stuff and i would never pay full price for them...

I'm looking for either Patagonia or Marmot.

They both seem to do the long sleeves that a stupid long armed idiot like me needs!!!!

shoogly, Greaves have got a rail of discounted stuff - was in there yesterday. Have you tried Peak Performance stuff for long armed idiots like yourrself wink My Peak jacket is a bit long in the sleeves (for an average armed idiot like me) but my NF jacket is fine (although not as good at keeping me warm).

I'm sure the Blues sale is on in summer. As glasgowcyclops, the shop on Woodlands Rd near Beanscene does the stuff you're after
