(btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I need ski boots with natural, upright stance, pretty narrow, 95 mm or so, and fairly stiff, 110/130 range. Would you recommend the brand making such shaped shells ? CEM ?

I have a pair of Atomic Race Tech TI in 130 flex, they're built on a 95mm last. You can make the stance more upright by removing the spoiler between the shell and the liner. I have low volume feet and skinny ankles and they fit well; just bought another pair with 100 flex as the 130s are a bit stiff.

I have a pair of TECNICA Race R, flex H13, 94 mm width. Even with removed spoiler, forward lean of that shell is too slopy for me, I am 5'4" tall only.

the atomic is about as upright as you will get in a 95mm last, the tecnica is really forward
