Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Find it good quality, used for last three years, in snow, sun, wind, low as -20, never felt anything but comfortable

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

We have had various bits and pieces from there (thermals, socks, kids goggles) and had no problems other than the socks tended to shrink. My friend bought her first jacket and salopettes from there a few years ago and has now passed them on to her daughter! Decent quality and good value for the money

Yep, the kids have Aldi jackets and trousers, they picked them over much more expensive kit like Trespass and Dare2Be and to me the Aldi stuff seems better made made than those budget end ski brands. I've got one of their softshell ski jackets, bought as a general purpose windproof fleece and it has done great service over the last year and still good as new. Certainly ended up up too warm skiing in it at the snowdome just over a tshirt so should cope with much colder than their 0 degrees with proper layering.
No shrinkage problems with the rather nice ski socks Lidl sell for me.

Cross your fingers they don't sell out and buy for next year ! I bought the softshell sometime around March after it was down to a tenner in one of the two Aldis I frequent (the other still had em as well but at full price) and some top and bottom end of the size range ski stuff was kicking about till well into the summer.
Looking on aldi.fr they are on to drill presses and the likes come Sunday which looking at the post on another forum I used followed a couple of weeks after ski stuff in the UK at the start of this year so maybe worth look if you pass an Aldi on your travels!
