Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

i know.... it sounds obvious, but can anyone tell me why i can't wear Junior ski boots
I'm a 25.5 / 6&1/2 and junior ski boots go up to this size. I am only 5ft 6 and weigh 11st, so its not as if i am a heavy adult with tiny feet
There are some very good quality junior ski boots for seriously low prices out there
What is the techncial difference between junior skis and adult skis.
(and i'm ready for a pasting for asking such a stupid or "obvious" question ........)

, If the boots fit and are the stiffness that you want then why not. Junior skis are aimed at lighter kids than you.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

,
I guessed they were lighter , but i was wondering how much, and whether a stiff boot high end junior boot is a similar stiffness to a intermediate adult

I think it's down to the flex. My daughter is 13, 5' 4", size 5 feet but very light. She wanted women's boots but she wouldn't have been strong enouigh to flex them. I got her some pretty advanced kid's Tecnicas instead.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

junior race boots may not be an issue, but the lower spec stuff tends not to be lasted for an adult foot
