Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Xmas ski trip

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Anyone fancy an xmas trip? Am looking for a deal and am happy to do the leg work in search of the deal!!! I'm heading for the big 50 - but - wait for it - I'm a snowboarder - early intermediate!!! and skier - 25 years under my belt!!!! Pref looking for a catered chalet or hotel - don't want to do self catering. Looking at maybe Tignes or Morzine. Don't want to pay hefty single supps. Have done a couple of trips via the Neilson forum - meeting up with like minded folk and they have been great. If you are interested - please get in touch Very Happy

bottleofbolly,

Morzine is I believe only about 1000m above sea level and may not have snow at Xmas.

Hi All,

If its of interest to any of you we offer ski holidays exclusively for single travellers and operate out of Chamonix and Morzine. This guarantees that you will be with others to ski with each day and a large group to socialise with in the evening.....

Please view our website for further information www.coldfusionchalets.co.uk

Kind Regards,

bottleofbolly, Got a couple of rooms left and will do you a no single supplement snowHead's deal if you want to join us at Le morzenettaz in Morzine. Must leave on 26th or 27th though to make way for the New Year crew.
We have WOZZA and PMCSOLEY coming for New Year so will be much merry making I expect.

As you say we do have a very good snow record. Avoriaz is 5th in the world over the last 20 years. Morzine may be low but we still usually do OK.

And in case anyone thinks we are just another company pimping our business. Nina is going to make me a something snowHead this afternoon.
That should pre-empt the knockers.

hello bottleofbolly.

I am running a solo skiers event in Morzine this xmas - you can get in as early as the 17th Dec right up until the 26th?

It's a lovely big chalet, you would be sharing either a twin or a triple and you get the chance to chat with your fellow holiday makers before you even leave blighty.. Cool

This is the 3rd Xmas trip for me and each has been very successful and there are plenty people returning this year from previous trips!

Hot Tub, unlimited wine and beer, on-call minibus service till 1am!, very friendly banter, mix of skiers/boarders, guys/girls and a good range of ages. 3 course meals every night and of course a fabulous Xmas dinner with no washing up and champagne breakfast on Xmas morning!

And ~I can testify to the brilliant snow the last 2 years at Xmas in Morzine. The year before was bad but it was bad right across the alps so not just Morzine!!

cheeries!

Hi, I know it's probably a bit late but I'm keen for a Christmas ski trip. I'm a 43 yr male old skier with 20 years experience. Looking for a catered chalet. Are you still looking for people to make up a group?

Hi
I am also looking for a xmas ski trip, other plans just fallen through.
I am a good (?) intermediate skier, on a good day I can ski anything! But on a bad day, help. I am 61 going on 40, love to ski, like a drink but not too much to spoil the next day’s skiing, after all we go there for that, everything else is a bonus.
