Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Travelling to St Pancras 26 Dec (Nottingham)

Hi All,

We (2 pers + board bags) are trying to get to St Pancras for the 10am ski train on 26th Dec from Nottigham (Jun 25 M1). If you are travelling and have room or are also having the same issue then please get in touch. Zero transport options available apart from a taxi at the moment. Obviously contributions to the cost if you are travelling are to be included and happy to discuss. Have fun all and maybe see some of you on the slopes, bars and off the piste Madeye-Smiley

If you don't find a lift, you could do one-way car hire. Pick up in Nottingham on 24/12, drop at Kings Cross on 26/12.

Have you thought about getting a National Express Coach. I just looked and you could get one at 6am from Leicester(which isn't exactly Nottingham but hoepfully isn't too far) which would arrive in to Victoria at 8.50, if you could find a cab at that time in the morning you could easily make your train.
