I was just enjoying looking at the pictures of snow in Les Saisies, at 1650 metres. We were there 3 days ago in T shirts with temperatures of 22 degrees and bright sun all day. It's good that there is some much colder weather now, and forecast; it's been so very warm that the present snow probably won't be sticking around long.

Yep, just looking out the window and the snow line is about 200mts above Morzine. Looks very pretty on all the trees.
Morzine/Avoriaz may not be the highest, but it's snow record belies that. Like willies, size is not everything 
Forecast is for more this afternoon and the next two days, bring it on I say !!!!
