Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

local area ski pass in Serre Chevalier

hi

i'm looking at going to SC with a family of beginners and wondered where we might be able to go where they could pay for a local area only ski pass as they definitely wont be skiing the valley this year, and the cost of the full pass makes the cost rather steep for them, esp after ski school etc.

i've got a potential chalet in Serre Chevalier Domain but i cant find any info about local area ski passes there

can anyone help?

thesnowpanther, http://www.serre-chevalier.com/Small-ski-areas show the prices for Monetier , Chantemerle/Villeneuve and Briancon. http://www.serre-chevalier.com/Beginners shows the beginner lift pass prices. You can buy them at the lift pass office. Ask thier ski school for advice on which pass to buy. Where is the chalet?
