Righto first post...
Have booked flights for me (30yr single male) and a friend (30yr single male) to arrive in Geneva on 23rd Dec Plan is to hire a car and head to Tignes til new year then maybe go to Serre Che for another week.
Can anyone recommend accomodation for Val Claret area quite happy in hostels or chalets just struggling to find places that aren't Sat - Sat.
Also some ski/apres buddies would be cool...

thetoonsarnie, welcome to Snowheads. You're certainly ambitious.... Looking for non Sat/Sat accommodation at the busiest time of the entire ski year. You might need to stay some way down the valley, and drive to the lifts. There's not much left for New Year, even Sat/Sat. Good luck!

Sounds like a great trip! Can I come too? 
I got an apartment in Val Claret last year through Tignes Immobilier and they did dates outwith the usual Sat-Sat. It might be a bit trickier over New year, but you could drop them an email.
Otherwise there are a few places in Les Brevieres / Les Boisses which do any day arrivals. They're more like hostels so they're be fun sociable places to stay. Try Chalet Chardons or Le Dome. If you're hiring a car you're sorted for getting up the hill to Le Lac / VC.

Thought I'd put a response on - but obviously did something wrong! We can't help you in Tignes as we're full, but we have fot availability over xmas in Les Coches if that's of any use for the first part of your trip (we can do mid week, etc.) joanne.mountainsunltd@talktalk.net
