Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

La Plagne is a big place. Which bit of La Plagne?
I would recommend Christophe Roques, ESF, Belle Plagne.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Yes PG, a group of old fuddy-duddies have been skiing with Christophe for years. He has a wicked sense of humour, and a lovely way of imparting criticism and advice without denegration. He also has eyes in the back of his head.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Wonder if young Paul is set to follow in his Dad's footsteps. Was chatting to Paul at a race on Feb 5th - don't think the Super G was quite his bag, though!

Christophe says his eledest son (Paul? about 10?) is fine in training but lacks confidence on Race Day, so doesn't show his best. His younger son races too.

Paul's 11, a "benjamin" in race terms covering kids born in 92 and 93 . He had a couple of good results last year, but has been off the pace a little since last December. Nice lad. As I mentioned before, he trains with Hannah, but not often in the same group. Links to some of his results from this page http://scla.alpesprovence.net/benjamins.htm
Thinking of trying his Dad's guiding service at La Plagne when the weather's settled down a little.

PG, he is certainly a ski instructor; I don't know what Mountain Guide training he has. He still races. He has recently taken a sports trainers course and is thinking of branching out into rubgy training. His new "wife" works in Chambery in some central ESF office, but she used to be French junior slalom champion (sorry, I have forgotten her name, but Hannah might be interested to meet her).
