Yeah, He's pretty handy on the bike. He's in the new Doves music video as well. Some good exposure for the sport. Seems to be pretty popular with riders and non riders alike which is cool.

you need a lot of balls to stunt on a bike...so much more to fall ontop of when you fall compared to rollerblades/skateboarding

I'd seen before but it still amazes me...
The trick of riding atop the fence at the begining is just out of this world for me...

I wish I were 40 years younger when the comment "That goes way beyond inspiring…strraight into demoralising!" weren't so apt
What's the soundtrack?

"Mountain biking"? Where's the mountain?
That was BMX biking, not mountain biking.
Of course, goo fun nonetheless. (I've seen it, still find it entertaining though)

arv, Agreed - it is Trials - and there are Trials pages and stuff reported in MBUK etc so I guess we have to include it in MTB.
It certainly is not a conventional MTB. Is it actually a fixed wheel looking at the reverse pedal movements?
I preferred the bits which involved flow and movement which were more like Parkour, rather than the stationary jumping stuff which I don't get.

im pretty sure its not fixed wheel
i used to bmx and you can use the pedals to control the speed even when in reverse

A lot of my friends who ride bmx ask why doesn't he get a bmx. It's really not bmx, some of it is definitely taken from bmx but half that stuff would basically be impossible on a bmx. It's just a street variation of mountain bike trials. It's not a fixed wheel either, it's just that the freewheel engages when going backwards so he has to pedal backwards to be able to roll that way. It also means he's able to control the speed and balance point by varying the pressure he puts on the cranks.
