I saw a black squirrel from a chairlift in Kitzbuhel earlier this year, pretty dangerous if if your're a pine cone. Isn't there something of that sort in Chester zoo?

richmond, I saw a black squirrel fall out of a tree near Kitzbuhel, no black squirrels at Chester Zoo but there are red squirrels up at Formby.

Hoppo, I actually meant there's some sort of transport around the place at Chester zoo, rather than fine flock of black squirrels. There is an excellent bat cave, for sure.

Yes, lots of both sexes, usually with colourful display attire to show off to and attract their own species and they gabble in a language I believe to be called Russian - although the adolescent ones are almost entirely male and gabble in French
