Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I shouldn't have landed on my shoulder! But I think I'm glad I did it on Friday after skiing all week and in Austria where they are keen to repair you.
I have a friend who did the same a few years ago with no surgery and he has had loads of problems and is soon to have an op on it.

Any other Snowheads done this and been repaired with a fiberwire tightrope and a pin? I'm just curious about what the healing process is like and have not yet seen a specialist in the UK for follow up, referral to fracture clinic has been done today.

Thanks mistermouse, I was beginning to wonder if no-one else had bust their shoulder! Good to see the timetable for recovery stages.
