wondering if this has happened to anyone else...
Went on Ryanair two weeks ago to book some Easter flights to Turin. Got the confirmation page - but didnt print off because I wait for the email to come thro'. Forgot to check for email the next day at work. Two weeks later penny drops that no email turned up and I've no flights! Booked again but £400 more. Ouch!
Or was i hallucinating about that confirmation page in a midweek red wine haze?

Mattmulkeen, don't know about halucinations but with anything like that I always print off a confirmation page to a pdf file, that way I always have a record just in case

Mattmulkeen, I assume you have checked that there was no payment for the original booking o your credit card?

Your booking is only confirmed if you have a confirmation number (6 digits long made up of numbers and letters). If you have got a confirmation number, you should have a booking. Maybe you are best to check your credit/debit card statement.

jb1970, I made a bookng the other day,got a confmation number but it also said unconfirmed. Went on "Manage your booking" a few days later todouble check, no record of booking shown. Rang them up and was told there was no booking, I had probably put my bank account no in wrongly!

Incidentally, after this I booked again, got a confirmaton no immediately after doing the booking but haven't had an email-
