Poster: A snowHead
|
I've got a 3.5 hour train journey from Zurich Airport to Zermatt and back again at half term. It will be just me and my 13 year old daughter. Whilst I'm happy to look at the scenery, read etc I'm sure having wifi for her ipod touch would help keep her quiet. Do they have it on swiss trains? Also any tips on free wifi in Zermatt (I presume MacDonalds is one place)?

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Colin B, Having travelled recently from Geneva to Champery, I didn't see any evidence of wifi on the trains.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

D G Orf, Thanks that's very useful. We'll have to make sure she has some films for the journey, plenty of hotspots in Zermatt though.

Colin B, Well it would only be about £45 extra for you and your daughter goes free if she's travelling with you, the joys of the family card

D G Orf, Already got the ticket now. With the exchange rate adding lots to lift pass costs, food, drink, etc I'm cutting back where I can.
