EvilWeevil, Ah, you've picked enroulez-vous vers le haut week, the traditional Haute Savoie festival where they move the cows from the stables back up onto the Alpine Pasture. Great fun, they dress all the beasts up in floral garlands and everyone gets steaming pissed.
The only downer might be that all the links to the rest of the 3V circuit is closed during that week to let the cattle settle in...
