Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi all
, Happy New Year to everyone.
We have a couple coming to stay this next week who want to move on to La Clusaz afterwards for a second week.
We have skii'd there a long time ago, but have no contacts there.
Anyone stayed anywhere nice there recently that I can recommend to them please ? Hotel, B&B, s/c appt.
They leave us on Friday 16th in case any owners are reading this. Thanks in advance, Paul.

Try Paul and Jess at
www.skiweekender.com.
They've got a lovely set up half way between La Clusaz and Grand Bornand.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

just back from doing Chritmas with skiweekender and couldn't recommend them highly enough. in St Jean about 5 mins from La Clusaz and Grand bonard. they have a transfer bus to both and also there is the resort bus system that stops right outside the hotel......
Brilliant challet, hosting, atmosphere, world class food and a good base for skiing both resorts which both have their advantages.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Hi,
stayed at La Clusaz 3 years ago and loved the place - its has a real buzz about the place.
We stayed at the Alp' Hotel for 3 nights which were one of the few hotels we found to take reservations for part weeks.
The food included in the half board at the hotel was some of the best we've ever tasted. My review of our trip is here:
